Welcome to Rise Academy Georgia, an educational center. By using the website, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. General information: The company "Rise Academy Georgia LLC" is a legal entity providing non-formal education. Identification code: 405786724. The company offers educational courses that are held on-site with prior registration.

 

2. Registration and Payment: Courses can only be attended by pre-registration on the website. Payment is made online. After payment is completed, the user receives a registration confirmation by e-mail.

 

3. Nature of the service: All courses are held on-site (in Tbilisi, at the address specified by Rise Academy). The course start date, time, and location are announced in advance on the website and in the registration form.

 

4. Refund Policy: In case the user does not show up for the course, the amount will be fully refunded to the account specified by the user. Refund requests can be made no later than 3 business days before the scheduled course date. Refunds are made no later than 7 business days after payment.

 

5. Confidentiality: The information provided by the user on the website (name, e-mail, telephone) is used only for communication related to the courses. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties in accordance with Georgian legislation.

 

6. Changes: Rise Academy Georgia reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately.

 

Delivery conditions: The service is a non-formal education course that is held on-site. After completing registration and payment, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will indicate the date, time and address of the course. Delivery is carried out in a non-physical form. The service is provided by showing up on site. The user does not need a ticket; registration is confirmed electronically.
